Tanager Place receives high marks in national accreditation – KCRG

Tanager Place was lucky enough to be featured on KCRG regarding our Accreditation! See below for a portion of the piece along with a link to the video which includes an interview with Kim Venner, Vice President of Operations.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) – Tanager Place in Cedar Rapids received high marks during its national accreditation review. The review happens every four years. Officials from the Council on Accreditation came to their facility and graded them on 600 best practice standards.

Tanager Place got a perfect score on all 600 of them. Some of the things they were judged on was how they operate, the way they work with families and children, and if their services see results.
