“My motivation for becoming a School Based Therapist is one that I have found to be the same for many others in the Mental Health field. That is, I have a great desire to help others find healing, to be a support that others can rely on, and to promote the growth of others through therapy. I am ecstatic to work for an organization such as Tanager Place whose mission aligns so closely with my own of helping kids find the healing they deserve. I have experience with helping those who have experienced trauma, and am in awe of the resilience and strength of my clients who manage to keep moving forward and find healing. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for my clients so they can further their own coping skills, fulfill their values, and find empowerment.”
