May 14- Parent & Child Mindfulness & Yoga (10 a.m.-10:45 a.m., Greene Square)
May 18- Mental Wellness in the Workplace Virtual Lunch & Learn (12 p.m.-1 p.m., Zoom)
May 23- “I Am Because We Are: Caring for those Who Care For Others” Retreat (9 a.m.-4 p.m., Indian Creek Nature Center)
May 23- Parenting for Brain Health Virtual Lunch & Learn (12 p.m.-1 p.m., Zoom)
Stigma Reduction Campaign
Community members can show their support and help reduce the stigma associated with discussing mental illness and mental wellbeing by purchasing and wearing a t-shirt and displaying graphics from our Let’s Taco ‘Bout It campaign on their social media channels.
Local coffee shops throughout the Corridor will also be placing stickers on their lids to encourage conversation.
